Job Description: 

  • The Business Heads role is to create the long term Business Plan and Strategy for the Business.
  • He/ she should ensure timely and successful execution of the Company’s Business Plan during the different phases of growth.
  • This requires envisioning the company's service offerings as a mobile/web-based business, Hiring the Tech and development team along with other resources to ensure that the Business is built on a scalable and robust technological platform.
  • He/ she will lead the complete team including the vendors responsible for various aspects related to the business
  • He/ she should have led end to end running of at least one web based/ mobility product business that has been released and used by consumers / corporate.
  • He/ she brings a deep understanding of multiple mobile application platforms and managing multiple vendors to suggest and provide the creative solution approach/ direction for specific business requirements
  • He/ she will be responsible for end to end development and deployment of online presence of the organization (front end & back end)
  • He/ she will be a part of the Senior Management team of the Group
  • He/ she would ensure the timely and on-budget completion of Business requirements of the company

Strategy & Planning: 

  • In partnership with the company's founders, identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company's services as a web-based business
  • Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business
  • Evaluate and identify appropriate team members for each department for delivering the company's services
  • Identify major customer concerns and suggest incremental improvements in the established delivery model
  • Ensure resolution of all customer issues

Operational Management: 

  • Ensure company problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations
  • Own up the design, development, integration and unit testing efforts for the product
  • Share knowledge, mentor, and educate the organization's investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders with regard to the company's vision, opportunities, and challenges
  • Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of all development staff in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements

Job Description: 

  • Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customer's service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems.
  • Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Key Requirements are: 

  • Good Communication Skills with Fluent English
  • Preferably Graduates
  • Having good command on MS Office Suite
  • Preferably with an experience of 1-2 years in a BPO/KPO
  • Should be able to work under pressure situations and handle customer grievances well.

Job Description: 

  • Forex and allied Products Sales with responsibility for delivering Sales Volume. Alliances with Synergetic Businesses is a key-focus with development of other Revenue Channels

Financial Objectives: 

  • Responsibility for delivering the business and revenue Targets
  • Support the Business Head in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company. 

Sales Management: 

  • Creating and working on the pipeline of potential Alliance Partners to generate business volume, manage and service the relationship well.
  • Activate new channels for lead flows and business fulfillment, manage and track channel performance and delivery
  • Migrating to new processes and technologies

Strategic Dimension:

  • Develop strategic actionable to analyse the revenue generated from accounts acquired
  • Develop existing models and channels and suggest new ones for the business
  • Sourcing the business keeping in mind the right product mix and long-term objectives for the business

Work closely with the various business partners:

  • Collate and analyze feedback

  • Work closely with the Operations Team, IT Team and Marketing Team to get the Alliances materialized and ensuring appropriate brand mileage out of the alliances.
