Job Description: 

  • Confer with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customer's service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer's problems.
  • Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Key Requirements are: 

  • Good Communication Skills with Fluent English
  • Preferably Graduates
  • Having good command on MS Office Suite
  • Preferably with an experience of 1-2 years in a BPO/KPO
  • Should be able to work under pressure situations and handle customer grievances well.

Job Description: 

  • Forex and allied Products Sales with responsibility for delivering Sales Volume. Alliances with Synergetic Businesses is a key-focus with development of other Revenue Channels

Financial Objectives: 

  • Responsibility for delivering the business and revenue Targets
  • Support the Business Head in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one time assignments on various plans, projections of the company. 

Sales Management: 

  • Creating and working on the pipeline of potential Alliance Partners to generate business volume, manage and service the relationship well.
  • Activate new channels for lead flows and business fulfillment, manage and track channel performance and delivery
  • Migrating to new processes and technologies

Strategic Dimension:

  • Develop strategic actionable to analyse the revenue generated from accounts acquired
  • Develop existing models and channels and suggest new ones for the business
  • Sourcing the business keeping in mind the right product mix and long-term objectives for the business

Work closely with the various business partners:

  • Collate and analyze feedback

  • Work closely with the Operations Team, IT Team and Marketing Team to get the Alliances materialized and ensuring appropriate brand mileage out of the alliances.
